Although our support desk is a people business and our customers chat to the team they know, our team also ensure that all information regarding support calls is captured. This, coupled with the information recorded whilst monitoring customers systems, provides a valuable information set.

Unlike many companies that talk about services but never deliver them, these reports are freely available to our customers. They are available on demand in our portal, or via e-mail automatically at a frequency of their choice. When customers need specific information we are able to tailor the reports for them.
