Monitoring and Maintenance

This is a fundamental Hexagon service used by many of our customers. Our Monitoring & Maintenance Service keeps your IT systems running smoothly allowing us to notify you of issues that may affect you in the future and providing you with a rapid response on the rare occasion things do go wrong.
  • Systems monitoring. A pro-active service monitoring all systems for early warning signs helping us prevent system & business down-time.
  • Routine maintenance.  Routine admin tasks such as, Anti Virus updates, Backup checks, Service pack and patch installation.

  • IT Support.  Remote, Telephone access or onsite as required by the situation.
