is managed through our integrated support system. Customers agree with
us a service level agreement that is specific to their business needs.
Customers enjoy up to the minute updates on calls via their own support
portal which also provides on demand reporting of issues and device
condition.
Every quarter we visit the customer and conduct a full review of the
infrastructure and plan any improvements with the customer.
Hexagon IT provides all our full contract customers with our integrated
PC/Server monitoring system. These systems can automatically clean
temporary files, optimise performance and they will alert any disk,
memory or other operational issues.
