of engineers who are Microsoft Certified.

will be able to utilise the Hexagon Service Desk, Monday to
Friday 08:30 – 18:00.

secure
remote control software.
Support for users and PCs is optional and
available with or without hardware repair for pc’s and laptops.
Software and user support
- Full
access to the helpdesk.
- Correction of software problems.
- User assistance and on-site support
- Hardware support is provided if selected.
Support for items outside of a contract can be
provided and charged at our ad-hoc rates.
