  • We will understand your key business issues so that we react in the right way for you when support calls are logged.

  • You will have remote and on-site support from our experienced team of engineers who are Microsoft Certified.

  • You will be able to utilise the Hexagon Service Desk, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00.

  • Hexagon Computers resolve over 90% of customer PC Support issues within 30 minutes of calling, by use of our secure remote control software.

Support for users and PCs is optional and available with or without hardware repair for pc’s and laptops.

  • Full access to the helpdesk.
  • Correction of software problems.
  • User assistance and on-site support
  • Hardware support is provided if selected.

Support for items outside of a contract can be provided and charged at our ad-hoc rates.
